Webloyalty hires Guy Chiswick as Business Development Director to drive client expansion
Chiswick to focus on strengthening and broadening client portfolio

LONDON, 1 November, 2010 - Webloyalty, a leading provider of incremental revenue for online businesses, today announced the appointment of Guy Chiswick as UK Business Development Director. His appointment reflects Webloyalty’s ambitious growth in the UK market since its launch in 2007.

Chiswick’s role will be to further develop Webloyalty’s client portfolio and broaden it beyond its current strengths in the retail and travel sector. The recession has increased competition and the online channel is looking for more sophisticated strategies. Webloyalty offers these online businesses solutions to increase incremental revenue and drive repeat custom through its successful Shopper Discounts & Rewards membership programme.*

“This is an ideal time to join Webloyalty.” says Chiswick. “The online market is becoming increasingly demanding. Not only due to the continuing development of the online channel but also by integrated multichannel strategies as more traditional retailers add an online channel.

Growing Webloyalty’s client base by offering the sophisticated strategies to compete in this demanding environment is a very exciting task.”

Chiswick joins Webloyalty from Digicom where he was Commercial Director and responsible for network strategy, franchise development and ancillary revenue generation. His major achievements included creating the multi-million pound retail and healthcare network strategies for Amscreen, winning the Toni & Guy and Simply Salon TV digital media sales contracts and building the ‘Citinet’ partnership with Philips.

Martin Child, Managing Director, Europe of Webloyalty said, “Chiswick’s strong track record in winning and building client relationships will be a major boost for Webloyalty’s business development team. His expertise and leadership will strengthen our capacity for expanding and broadening Webloyalty’s client portfolio.”
